Smell Gas?

If you smell gas, do not light any flame. Please call Izumo Gas immediately.

Never use fire.

Never touch the switch as it will generate a small spark that will be the source of ignition when you turn on or off an electric switch such as a ventilation fan or a lamp.

Please Do the Following While Waiting for Izumo Gas Staff to Arrive.

Open the windows as much as possible.

Earthquake

In the event of an earthquake, personal safety is our top priority.

  • Address of the place where gas is used
  • Telephone number
  • Desired start date
  • Desired time to visit

② Confirmation of gas equipment

On the desired start date, in the presence of the customer, we will perform a safety check on the gas equipment and start using gas.

Stop of use

To stop using the gas

① Please call Izumo Gas

Please call Izumo Gas to apply for the stop of gas use.
At that time, please tell the staff the following information.

  • User name
  • Address of the place to stop the gas
  • Telephone number
  • Desired start date
  • How to pay the final gas charge
  • Address to move to

② Stop the gas on the desired stop date.

If you want to stop the gas, you do not need to be present.
